Refund policy

Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and include all parts (manuals, caps, straps). Camera bodies must have a shutter count increase of less than 50 frames.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to opened camera bodies or specialized lenses.

Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
